**What do you like best about ArcSurvey?**

Businesses can create surveys using a simple drag-and-drop interface, customize the look and feel of their surveys with branding elements, and add a variety of question types, including multiple choice, open-ended, and rating scale questions.

**What do you dislike about ArcSurvey?**

I felt that, the interface should get improved in order to get inside the page for kickstarting the tasks. When I signed in to the website, I was confused a little bit to locate the available actions.

**What problems is ArcSurvey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Once a survey is created, it can be distributed via email, social media, or a custom link, and respondents can complete it on any device, including smartphones and tablets. The platform provides real-time analytics and reporting, allowing businesses to track survey responses and analyze feedback to identify trends and patterns.

The best feature is that it is the collector of real-time feedback to fulfill the user's requirements, and it is also flexible and customizable for the user.

**What do you dislike about ArcSurvey?**

Nothing will be disliked, but its price is the course of a disappointment for this site as it is considered the best feature, but its price factor stops users from achieving its advantages.

**What problems is ArcSurvey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the survey problems like designing factors, forms, feedback, etc.
