ARCOS Callout can reduce the time it takes to assemble a repair crew from hours to just a few minutes, ensuring the right people with the right certifications are sent to the scene immediately

**What do you dislike about ARCOS Callout?**

All good!  Arcos does what it sets out to do.

**What problems is ARCOS Callout solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a Manager I can see exactly who has accepted a callout, who is en route, and where crews are located in real-time.

**What do you like best about ARCOS Callout?**

I like that it is pretty easy to download the callout results after the fact and that you can see the responses in real time as well. I also like that you can save and use custom messaging.

**What do you dislike about ARCOS Callout?**

The system itself can use some updating as it doesn't have a modern feel or look. I don't love the roster views and it can be a little confusing when making sure you are calling the right people.

**What problems is ARCOS Callout solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us to send out mass communication and have a unified system within our company for callouts and drills.
