What do you like best about Arcoro?

Photo verification, geofence accuracy. Employee name, address, phone number is in the system, so it's easy to find when working on approving time worked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Arcoro?

The company does not have a support phone number. You have to submit a ticket. Someone does get back to you, but it might be a day or so. I find that some issues are just best handled by discussion and it's really really hard to get a support person on the line. You can talk with a real sales person sometimes; other times they say they will get a message to your account manager. But it's extremely difficult to get a phone call with an account manager as well. Honestly, this is my biggest problem with it. That, and when we needed new features (like a PTO module and scheduling capabilities), the cost would have doubled or tripled. And it was already really expensive, and went up a lot each year. We hear you on the notes on support and have taken feedback like that into account as we reorganize and grow our support team. Would love the chance to show you some of our amazing new features, much from customer input like yours. Including:

- Performance improvements with updates to our policies engine and time reconciliation algorithm

- Easier tracking for state-required meal breaks

- On-the-fly timecard editing for employees and supervisors in the mobile app

- In-the-field timecard approval for supervisors on the mobile app

Also new are bi-monthly "Just in Time" trainings that you can attend live or access on our Support Central website (linking below).

What do you like best about Arcoro?

Less duplication of work, tracks HR as required, we would need to hire another HR staff member without it, shares info needed in other software we use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Arcoro?

Some areas aren't consistent - like sorting - it's sometimes by first name, sometimes by last name. Can't always get the correct customer support person to get answers, which wastes my time and I have to call our rep to get the right person to call me back, not intuitive in some areas - like scheduling reviews.
