What do you like best about ArcGIS Survey123?

It is effortless to configure. I can take all kinds of data, including geolocated data. It allows working with layers inside maps. It generates KML files automatically. I think it is better than Google Form. It has an excellent interface in the mobile version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ArcGIS Survey123?

There's nothing I don't like about it. It is beneficial for administrators and data entries. I would like to see some improvements in the aesthetics of the templates, just that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You can download the data collected by Survey123 and process it in ArcGIS or other programs, such as Microsoft Power BI. I recommend configuring drop-down options and avoiding qualitative fields to prevent errors in data collection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ArcGIS Survey123?

It is super easy to write really complex survey tools and customize for our organization. It's more nimble than other solutions on the market in the mobile data capture space. It's an all in one support module too, meaning people only have to deal with me the GIS admin/analyst and not get IT involved. People in the real world hate IT. I can turn out a product in hours compared to months it would take going through a vendor review or IT development. Amazing power for the ease of deployment. What do you dislike about ArcGIS Survey123?

You only meant for it to be a data capture tool, so the export side sucks. I cannot hand off the export duties in a clean way. Changes to the feature service do not translate to the online page, so you can't export from there in a way that leaves all the disabled fields off. Furthermore, my users need an easy way to access sent data on their mobile phone. They do not want to go to the website. A read only mobile data viewer would be prime. This stems from another issue which is the product is very buggy when making changes, and if you have to re-create a survey because of one added/deleted question, users get confused and annoyed and lose sent survey records. per my experiance, if i delete some of the questions and add others instead of it, when i do filters for the answers throgh the excel sheet, the answers will totally worg and missed up. so for every time i have to make a new form for every survey in order to avoid messy information.
