Arcade Software Pricing Overview
Arcade's pricing model is designed for teams creating interactive product demos and customer onboarding experiences. Starting with a Free plan at $0/month for individual users testing the platform (limited to 3 demos with watermarks), the pricing scales to meet growing business needs.

The Pro plan at $32/user/month (annual billing) removes watermarks and unlocks unlimited professional demos with advanced editing capabilities, perfect for solo creators and small businesses establishing their demo presence.

For collaborative teams, the Growth plan at $42.50/user/month adds team collaboration, custom branding, advanced analytics, and integrations with popular sales tools like HubSpot and Clearbit - essential features for scaling demo creation across marketing and sales teams.
Enterprise pricing (custom, minimum 10 users) provides enterprise-grade security, SSO, dedicated support, and API access for large organizations with specific compliance requirements.

Current promotions include startup discounts for pre-Series A companies and free trials without credit card requirements. Arcade's competitive advantage lies in its no-code interactive demo creation, which eliminates the technical barriers faced with traditional screen recording tools, while offering seamless embedding and detailed viewer analytics that help teams optimize their product storytelling and conversion rates.

## Arcade Pricing FAQs

Generated using AI

Is Arcade free, or does it offer a free trial?

Yes. According to G2 data, Arcade offers a free plan with limited features. Users can upgrade to paid plans for additional capabilities. Visit the seller's official pricing page to compare plan options and features.

How much does Arcade cost in 2026?

According to G2 data, Arcade pricing in 2026 starts at $32.00 and can reach $42.50 depending on the selected plan. Pricing may vary based on billing terms or usage, so users should review the Arcade Software's official pricing page for the most current details.

Who is Arcade pricing best suited for?

Based on G2 review data, Arcade's pricing is best suited for small businesses and mid-market software companies that regularly create product demos, onboarding materials, or sales enablement content. The free tier appeals to early-stage startups testing the waters, with G2 reviewers praising its transparency and no-commitment entry point. The Pro and Growth tiers resonate most with small SaaS teams needing polished, branded demos at scale. Mid-market teams in computer software, consulting, and health tech gravitate toward Growth for collaboration and advanced analytics. Enterprise users requiring SSO, custom domains, and security controls are directed toward the contact-for-pricing Enterprise tier.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Arcade?

Arcade's free tier allows users to create demos with 720p video export, chapters, background music, and synthetic voiceover, but includes an Arcade watermark and limited publishing controls. Arcade's paid plans start at $32/month for Pro, which removes the watermark, adds 1080p export, video editing, blur/redaction, and Insights. The Growth tier at $42.50/month unlocks collaboration, white-labeling, integrations, advanced analytics, branching, and custom themes. G2 reviewers note the free plan is genuinely useful for getting started, but several users mention being unable to access analytics or advanced features without upgrading, with one reviewer specifically citing the free plan's feature restrictions as a key limitation.

Is Arcade considered good value for its pricing?

Arcade is broadly considered good value, particularly for small businesses and growing teams. G2 reviewers frequently highlight the combination of ease of use, AI voiceover, and interactive demo quality as justifying the cost. One reviewer called it 'cheap and simple to use,' while another praised 'the number of features you get for an insanely low price.' However, pricing concerns are a recurring theme, especially among startups and individual users. G2 reviewers note that the jump between tiers feels steep, with several small business users finding the $40/month range difficult to justify for occasional use. Overall, teams with regular demo creation needs tend to rate Arcade's pricing favorably.

"A brilliant tool for bringing your product to life through interactive demos!"

5/5

What do you like best about Arcade?

Arcade makes it easy to create interactive demos for both developers and end users, which has been a game-changer for how we visualise and communicate our product. It bridges the gap between technical and non-technical audiences effortlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Arcade?

Honestly, there's nothing I particularly dislike about Arcade — it does exactly what we need it to do and the team have found it really straightforward to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Arcade solving and how is that benefiting you?

Arcade helps us bridge the gap between our product and our audience by allowing us to showcase features in an interactive, visual way rather than relying on static documentation or lengthy live demos. This has saved us significant time and made it much easier to communicate our product's value to both developers and end users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Interactive Demo Tool, But Pricing is Steep for SMBs."

3.5/5

What do you like best about Arcade?

I find Arcade very intuitive and relatively quick to use. Despite being quite a complicated tool, it has been well thought out as a general tool. They've done a fantastic job with where it's at today. For the complexity of the tool, the initial setup was very easy and relatively simple if you're a little bit techie. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Arcade?

The pricing and packaging of Arcade are a bit steep for small to medium businesses. It's great for larger businesses, but for smaller ones, the packages are very expensive. The early packages are limiting, especially with features like collections. I think we should be able to have more collections instead of just one. Also, it's tough with features being limited to four in a chapter. A landing page with an overview of all chapters for interactive demos would be nice too. Overall, the price is now too high, especially for startups in their early funding rounds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Arcade solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Arcade for interactive onboarding and demos, which lets users experience the product, creating a stronger connection. It helps reinforce learning in a more engaging way, making users faster and better at using the platform, while sales demos provide real product interaction.
