I find Arcade very intuitive and relatively quick to use. Despite being quite a complicated tool, it has been well thought out as a general tool. They've done a fantastic job with where it's at today. For the complexity of the tool, the initial setup was very easy and relatively simple if you're a little bit techie. It's great for larger businesses, but for smaller ones, the packages are very expensive. The early packages are limiting, especially with features like collections. I think we should be able to have more collections instead of just one. Also, it's tough with features being limited to four in a chapter. A landing page with an overview of all chapters for interactive demos would be nice too. Overall, the price is now too high, especially for startups in their early funding rounds.
