It is cost-effective, and this product is best for mid-size or large companies.

**What do you dislike about aql Telecommunications?**

1) It doesn't support in IOS platform. 
2) It has no Tele-support for customers as only through chat / emails. 
3)lanugage support only in english. 
4) No free versions.

**What problems is aql Telecommunications solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping my daily business deals, and it has multiple features in one umbrella.
