**What do you like best about Aptum?**

We did not ever have any downtime during our time.

**What do you dislike about Aptum?**

It was hard to get ahold of people, but that might have been our plan. Possibly could pay for quicker response times.

**What problems is Aptum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about Aptum?**

peer 1 offered really great hosting and service.   I was able to get up and running very quickly and the service was stable.

**What do you dislike about Aptum?**

Price.  Peer 1 simply wasn't competitively priced.  The pricing was higher than other services but the service didn't seem like it was that much better.  

**Recommendations to others considering Aptum:**

i would higher recommend Peer 1 fo those who don't mind paying a slightly higher price.  The service is solid and service is excellent.

Easy to implement/get a site hosted, great people to work with.

**What do you dislike about Aptum?**

pricing for certain clients was too much. But once convinced of value... its an easy sell.

**Recommendations to others considering Aptum:**

A great resource for any ecomm site, agency, brand. We have been very happy w/ them, and will continue to use them for sure!

site outages, storage, ability to store sites w/ many SKU's
