I love how intuitive and context-aware Alex AI is. It doesn't just give robotic, surface-level answers; it really feels like it understands what I'm asking. Breaking down complex topics into simple, actionable steps saves me so much time. The formatting features are pretty solid, and integrating Alex AI with other tools helps streamline my daily workflow. Plus, I find it incredibly helpful for brainstorming and getting quick answers. Alex AI has been really helpful, especially for brainstorming and quick answers. However, I would love to see improvements in its speed during peak hours as it can be slow. Also, the formatting could be a bit cleaner by breaking up heavy paragraphs into short, punchy bullet points and tightening the wording in the intro to make the hook stronger. These enhancements would make the tool even more efficient for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like Alex AI because it speeds up my day-to-day work, especially with researching information and organizing ideas. It makes my workflow more efficient by providing a quick starting point for tasks instead of having to do everything manually. I appreciate how simple and fast Alex AI is, which helps me get things done quickly without making my workflow complicated. The simple interface and fast responses allow me to stay focused and get more done. Also, the initial setup was very easy, which made starting with the product hassle-free. Sometimes the responses could be more accurate and detailed, especially for complex or specific queries. More customization options would also be helpful. More customization option, better task-specific responses, and improved accuracy would make Alex AI more effective for my workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The AI-led interviews are genuinely well done(including the UI/UX); the whole process feels smooth rather than clunky, which is rare for automated interviewing tools. Speech recognition holds up decently even with varied accents, so responses get captured accurately without much friction. What stands out most is how the AI frames follow-up questions on the spot; it adapts to what the candidate actually says instead of just running through a fixed script, which makes the interview feel more like a real conversation. On top of that, the overall hiring workflow is very streamlined, cutting down a lot of the manual time that usually goes into first-round screening. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The biggest thing for me is the conversational timing. When the AI is speaking and you respond with a quick "yes" or a nod to show you're following along, it pauses like you're about to jump in with a full answer. It breaks the natural back and forth a bit and makes the interview feel slightly less human than it could be. It's a small thing, but it's noticeable once you catch it happening a few times.

On the AI/intelligence side, the ATS matching is decent overall, but not perfect. I've come across a few cases where candidates got through that the ATS really should have filtered out. It's not a dealbreaker, just something worth tightening up.

I didn't run into major issues with pricing, integrations, performance, or onboarding, so I can't speak to those with much depth, but nothing there stood out as a problem either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like how Alex AI conducts interviews automatically, whether it's for a phone, video, or WhatsApp. It makes my life and the whole team's life easier. Alex AI is also really good at resurfacing good candidates for suitable companies and roles, and it flags anything suspicious in real time during interviews. The ability to conduct first-round interviews for so many candidates and effectively handle things that my gut can't detect, like fake IDs or credentials, is really impressive. Overall, the AI's filtering and screening capabilities make recruitment much easier, offering a streamlined and efficient process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think everything's good. It's just maybe the interface could be a little bit cleaner and and nicer to use, maybe, like, a little bit more colorful. Apart from that, I'll I'll just I think that is quite a good tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like the ease of use of the Alex AI platform. The AI interviews and verification system are quite impressive as they confirm the candidate's authenticity. I also appreciate its ability to match the right talent using an AI-driven internal ATS, which simplifies resume screening. Overall, it's a very good all-in-one platform that effectively saves us time by handling the entire end-to-end recruitment process without needing a large human resource team. The pricing can be improved a little bit for startups. It would help if there were more budget-friendly plans to start with or possibly some free trials or free plans that startups can use. Other than that, everything is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Alex AI drastically reduces our time-to-hire by automating initial candidate screening and interview scheduling. Having real-time, structured AI interviews allows us to evaluate candidates consistently and efficiently, freeing up hours every week for our recruiting team. Some candidates can feel slightly uncomfortable or robotic taking an AI-led interview rather than speaking to a human right away. Additionally, the AI evaluation criteria occasionally require fine-tuning to ensure it captures niche or technical skill sets accurately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Alex AI is fast and can scale tasks quickly. It's end-to-end automated, which really frees up my recruitment time. The AI interview feature and conversational AI are great, along with the interview summaries and insights. The standardized AI interviews standardize the experience. The system engages candidates immediately using informal channels like WhatsApp, SMS, phone, and video, and handles interview scheduling reminders and rescheduling according to availability. It's helpful that it ensures candidates are screened against requirements before recruiter involvement, and reduces recruiter admin workload with generated summaries. Alex AI could be improved by providing stronger dashboard features for recruiters to better demonstrate ROI and encourage adoption. It's also important to make it easier for candidates to transition to a human recruiter, as sometimes the AI struggles to understand everything. Enhancing this transition to be smoother and more seamless, like offering a "talk to recruiter" option or smart escalation when the AI isn't sufficient, would be beneficial. Additionally, allowing candidates to choose between interacting with an AI or a human recruiter could be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate Alex AI's human-like interaction, which stands out from other AI platforms that often feel awkward and nonhuman. It's fairly good at recreating the experience of speaking with someone from our company. I also like that Alex AI effectively finds candidates who match our qualification standards. The integration feature is super helpful, as it works well with our systems and easily handles high volumes of job applications. I value the consistency Alex AI brings by applying the same screening criteria across all applicants, creating an equal playing field and ensuring everyone meets the qualifications from the start. The initial setup was relatively easy, although there was a learning curve that took about a month or two to get accustomed to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think Alex AI still requires a bit of oversight because sometimes it might miss candidates who seem qualified. There are times when it might overlook someone with a unique background or niche role that we find valuable, so I wish there was more ability to customize filters. There was an instance where a candidate had a unique role that wasn't recognized by the system, and because of that, they were passed over, even though they brought a special perspective. I'd like more features for specific filtering or maybe flagging certain candidates for review, especially when they pass certain qualifications, but the system skips them. What I like most about Alex AI is how it helps streamline the initial stages of the hiring process. The AI-driven candidate screening and evaluation save a significant amount of time that would otherwise be spent manually reviewing profiles and conducting initial assessments.

I also like that the process is structured and consistent across candidates, which makes it easier to compare profiles and identify candidates who are worth moving forward with. It has been particularly useful when we have multiple roles open and need to screen a larger volume of candidates quickly.

Overall, Alex AI helps reduce repetitive recruitment work and allows me to spend more time on higher-value activities like candidate engagement and stakeholder management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One area that could be improved is the accuracy and context of AI-generated candidate evaluations. At times, the AI may not fully capture the nuances of a candidate’s experience or the specific requirements of a role, so some manual review is still needed.

It would also be helpful to have more flexibility to customize screening criteria and evaluation parameters based on different roles. More detailed insights into why a candidate received a particular evaluation or recommendation would make the results easier to interpret and act on.

Overall, these are areas where further refinement could make the tool even more effective for recruiters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like Alex AI because it is easy to use, provides quick responses, and helps automate routine tasks. It saves time and makes it easier to find information and complete work efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main thing I dislike about Alex AI is that sometimes the responses are not fully accurate and may require additional clarification or review. More customization options and improved accuracy would make it more useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
