
We use Alex AI for our higher-volume recruiting roles, and it’s been excellent for sorting and filtering large candidate pools. While Alex AI is very effective for high-volume screening, it still requires human oversight. Like most AI-driven tools, it can occasionally miss strong candidates with unconventional backgrounds or non-standard resumes, so we treat it as an efficiency tool rather than a replacement for recruiter judgment.
