**What do you like best about Application Control Plus?**

It allows us to remove admin access to an endpoint that has software installed on it that required admin rights.  It also allows us to grant the user access to install certain software without the help of the helpdesk.

**What do you dislike about Application Control Plus?**

There are very few times that the agent has to be reinstalled on the endpoint due to corruption

**What problems is Application Control Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Security is big with our department.  By removing admin access on the endpoints for the users it does not allow all or most viruses or malware to install
