A lot of competing platforms are built for consumer‑focused marketing and cannot handle our unique trade‑partner attributes well. Since we only have part‑time shared technical support and no dedicated in‑house IT team, I really appreciate that I can adjust weightings for our trade‑related custom fields without complicated API configurations. During our Asian‑supplier expansion push last year, I tweaked the model to place higher priority on consistent payment history instead of only total order volume. This adjustment helped us flag a mid‑sized electronics parts supplier out of Vietnam. They had relatively low historical order volume but flawless payment records, and our team would have completely passed them over using our old manual spreadsheet review process. We ended up opening a new sourcing partnership with them, which turned out to be a solid win for our supply chain. Monthly and quarterly reviews are provided in order to help us to optimize the campaigns **What do you dislike about Appier AIQUA?** The current analytics dashboard is less user-friendly, we would like to see an more advanced dashboard such as able to compare Week Over Week/ Month Over Month data directly on the dashboard itself. **What problems is Appier AIQUA solving and how is that benefiting you?** Appier Aiqua helped us to set up CRM campaigns easily and increased the LTV of our customers, we observed a 200% session increased and 90% of revenue increased through different retention campaigns ### 20. There're many marketing automation tools out there in the market, but you find it's rare that they design a custom AIQUA solution for you. Appier, however, went above and beyond for KCC in that Appier designed custom solution for KCC that perfectly fits KCC's unique business needs and goals. **What do you dislike about Appier AIQUA?** AIQUA has many features and that could pose some difficulty in utilizing AIQUA to its full capacities. KCC team probably needs to explore other available features more. This is to discover the untabbed values that can help deliver uplifts in performance in case the current strategy faces stagnance **Recommendations to others considering Appier AIQUA:** Invest your time in this tool to reap all the benefits and values AIQUA has to offer. You will start to see the significant uplifts in results in no time. **What problems is Appier AIQUA solving and how is that benefiting you?** AIQUA enables KCC's communication strategy to be more proactive and highly relevant to our existing customers and prospects. As a result, we saw a 90% uplift in total click and 40% uplift in CTR. In addition, this tool helps transform ways of working within our cross functional teams when it comes to digital marketing campaigns on owned and paid media channels. My team gains more momentum and be able to influent other business units to align their works more with us. KCC team was impressed immensely with the custom service tailored made to fit KCC’s unique business needs. Appier provided AIQUA solution which equiped with newly designed algorithms and scenarios that cater to KCC's business goals. ### 22.
