This plugin used to be problematic, buggy and slowing our instance down. However over the last couple of years it has become reliable, to the point now where it has become a critical part of our project management approach. BP is excellent in this area and can achieve cross project resource allocation and monitoring. It can build dedicated Gantt chart panels by department to facilitate internal scheduling for vertical functional department management.
