For non-fillable PDFs, our initiative drag and drop builder makes creating templates just as easy. The butter to our bread is our Form Filler technology, a simple questionnaire & your way of telling Apace how it should calculate the information in contract templates. Used together, Apace instantly calculates and auto populates your data. Things such as; the closing date, inspection deadline date, deposits amounts, etc...This allows contracts to be completed in just a few minutes, from any device before requesting digital signatures. Our suite of tools also includes Merging PDFs, standard annotations, call-outs, notifications and much more.

**What do you like best about Apace Forms?**

Using Apace has been a game changer for me regarding real estate contract creation and review. With Apace's AI-driven template builder, I have saved countless hours that would have been spent on manual creation and review of contracts. This platform offers an easier and more efficient way to create reusable contract templates capable of instantly auto-completing up to 80% of the required contract data. Overall, I highly recommend Apace to anyone who needs to create and manage contracts regularly in the real estate biz.

**What do you dislike about Apace Forms?**

I would love to see this company integrate with OpenAI's API in the future. I think it will allow them to add a ton of more features.

**What problems is Apace Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can confidently say that this platform is dedicated to simplifying the contract creation process with their innovative one-click contracts and form fillers. I love how contract creation is as effortless as possible by allowing me to preset deal criteria. This feature is incredibly useful as it provides a guide for Apace to calculate and auto-fill future contracts with 100% accuracy, saving me valuable time and effort.
