## AnyDesk Reviews
  ### 1. Fast and Reliable Remote Access Tool for Daily Support and Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric . | Customer Onboarding and Support Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about AnyDesk?**

What I like most about AnyDesk is its speed and stability, even on slower or less reliable internet connections. As a company user, I’ve found it extremely useful for providing remote support, accessing other systems, and troubleshooting issues in real time. Setting up a connection is quick, and the interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate. I also appreciate features such as file transfer, session recording, and permission controls, which help keep remote sessions both secure and efficient.

**What do you dislike about AnyDesk?**

While AnyDesk performs well overall, the free and lower-tier versions come with a few limitations, particularly around session management features. From time to time, connectivity can also be an issue when network restrictions are in place, and I may need to disconnect and re-establish the connection to continue. The interface is straightforward and easy to use, but it could feel a bit more modern and offer more customization options. Overall, these are minor concerns and they don’t significantly impact my day-to-day usage.

**What problems is AnyDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AnyDesk addresses the challenge of remote access and technical support without needing anyone to be physically present. Before I started using it, resolving issues often involved lengthy explanations over the phone or waiting for someone to come onsite. With AnyDesk, problems can be diagnosed and fixed right away, which saves time for both end users and support teams. In my experience, it has boosted productivity, reduced downtime, and made collaboration across different locations much easier and more efficient. Overall, it’s a dependable tool for remote work and IT support.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2025

**What do you like best about AnyDesk?**

Lets us set up more powerful tower stations for drafting and machiner operation, and then access those on the go while travelling, while away from the office, and we even have remote team members on the other side of the world that hop on. It is the easiest program to use, takes a few seconds to get someone set up on it. We rely on anydesk heavily in our business, and use it every day.

**What do you dislike about AnyDesk?**

Only thing i think can be annoying, is that you dont have to install it to run it, however there is some features that are better when its installed. it is not easy to tell if you did actually install, or have just been using the downloaded program for ages. but that is more of a learning curve than product issue. Maybe a nice and easy to access install button if you are on the software would be nice.

**What problems is AnyDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to use more powerful (and cost effective) tower workstations and have people remote into them to use as needed, 1 or 2 powerful workstations can take the place of a handful of oversized and overpriced laptops. There is also programs specific to our industry we use that are really expensive to buy a licence for, and since we dont need a full liccenced user all the time, rather a few people using it part time, we can have one and share it.

Security wise this software creates issues like someone can access the system even can record the things.

**What problems is AnyDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With this software we usually access the systems of our team members while working remotely. We gave trainings and support to the team while working. If someone can't attend the session, he/she can watch the recordings as well.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven S. | CTO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2024

**What do you like best about AnyDesk?**

- Its simple to use without installtion
- It has a contact book of previously connected devices
- The clip board copy and paste for transfering files works well
- It WAS a good alternative to TeamViewer

A locked count down negging screen asking you to sign up for the pro-paid version makes this tool unuseable when you are trying to support friends and family. I have been forced to find alternatives.

I tried to sign up for the pro-paid version but after reading their predatory cancellation policy, I don't trust them.

No direct phone number for support. Email support was not aswered after 2 weeks. Might as well not have support.
