It is mobile. **What do you dislike about Ankota Home Care Software?** The owner is cruel. The customer service is reflective of this. They do not answer phones. They make it seem like they are doing you a favor by fixing their software. The system has shut down. When you contact them they do not respond. Run, do not walk away from them unless you want problems. **What problems is Ankota Home Care Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** The people can clock in and out. When their system breaks, it is always your fault. I have seen my boss near tears by the way they treat her. They make problems. They do not solve them. ### 2. Easy to log in once you are trained in the program. **What do you dislike about Ankota Home Care Software?** Mostly that it does not coordinate with out documentation app. Also that there is not an Ankota app, so when you want to log the time that you are at the home, you have to go through an internet website instead of directly punching in on an app. I have to take the time to log in after I work and then close the visits. **Recommendations to others considering Ankota Home Care Software:** GET AN APP! I hate logging into the internet website to log that I am at the clients house. **What problems is Ankota Home Care Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Scheduling clients between me (as the clinician) and the office staff seeing our availability.
