**What do you like best about Angel X?**

Angel CX has been a huge help for our lead generation efforts at Bluvo Digital. Earlier, many sign-ups didn’t convert into meaningful leads, but with Angel CX we can now engage them instantly, guide them through the right steps, and ensure they don’t drop off. The smart automation and real-time interactions have made our lead gen process much smoother and more effective.

**What do you dislike about Angel X?**

Honestly, nothing so far — the platform has been smooth to use and has delivered exactly what we needed.

**What problems is Angel X solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Angel CX is helping us improve the completion rate for contact forms and call bookings. Earlier, many visitors showed interest but never finished the process. With Angel CX, we can engage them instantly, clear their doubts, and guide them until the lead is captured. This has reduced drop-offs and given us more qualified leads, making our lead generation far more effective at Bluvo Digital.

**What do you like best about Angel X?**

What I like best about Angel CX is how quickly it brought our website to life. In just a few minutes, we had a conversational AI agent that could actually talk to our visitors, not just type back generic chatbot responses. The voice feature feels surprisingly human, and it instantly makes the interaction more personal. I also love that I didn’t need a technical team to set it up — it was literally a plug-and-play experience. The analytics dashboard is another big plus, because it helps us see what people are asking and where we can improve

**What do you dislike about Angel X?**

The main challenge with Angel CX is that, like any AI, it really depends on the quality of the data you feed it. If your FAQs or manuals aren’t well-structured, some answers can feel a bit off. Also, while the voice is very natural most of the time, there are moments when it still feels a little robotic. I’d also like to see more customization options for branding the voice experience to match our company’s tone. None of these are deal-breakers, but they’re areas where I think the platform could improve as it grows.

**What problems is Angel X solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Angel CX is helping us handle customer questions around the clock without needing a live agent online 24/7. Before, we were losing potential leads because people would visit our site after hours and leave without answers. Now, Angel CX engages them immediately — whether by voice or chat — and provides accurate responses based on our FAQs and product info. That not only reduces the load on our support team, but it also keeps visitors engaged longer and increases the chances they convert into customers. The insights we get from the conversation analytics are also a huge benefit because they show us exactly what our customers care about.
