What do you like best about Ericsson BSCS IX?

This is an excellent platform, a robust solution for billing in any telecommunications companies. Is open and easily configurable. This solution helps our subscribers to always be aware of how they are being charged. It was easily integrated into our company's IT environment, despite being a very complex environment. What do you dislike about Ericsson BSCS IX?

This solution is hosted in Ericsson data centers, I would prefer it in premises, but it's my personal preference, I'm old school. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
