**What do you like best about Ericsson BSCS IX?**

This is an excellent platform, a robust solution for billing in any telecommunications companies. Is open and easily configurable. This solution helps our subscribers to always be aware of how they are being charged. It was easily integrated into our company's IT environment, despite being a very complex environment.

**What do you dislike about Ericsson BSCS IX?**

This solution is hosted in Ericsson data centers, I would prefer it in premises, but it's my personal preference, I'm old school.

**Recommendations to others considering Ericsson BSCS IX:**

It can help operators capture and secure money streams and take advantage of business opportunities that span data, multimedia, traditional voice and messaging services.

**What problems is Ericsson BSCS IX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reduced cost of operations. This platform  also help us to reduced time and staff required for configuring and testing new rate plans and services, and reduced reaction time and monitoring procedures for system failures.
