Salesforce Communications Cloud has very less things which one needs to worry about. Though it can be an expensive tool for the organisation looking for budget solutions.

Basically the communication cloud focussed mainly on communications industries, you can easily automate your process with no code, most of this cloud modules are focussed on the industries only

The main thing which i dislike is its similarities to industries cpq, i didn't find much of a difference in both clouds,  even though they focussed on same products,  but we do have more flexibility here in communication cloud

Enternal sharing settings is the feature is what I liked the most. We can control data visibility on on customer community as well and it can be different for internal users.

Defining Telecom specific business process on top of Salesforce application where we are able to use Salesforce excellent features but not limiting any telecom processes which is enabled by Vlocity CMT on Force.com platform
