As a civil engineer, I spend quite a bit of time with plans, inspection reports, and old project documentation. I used to often have to think about which folder or system I should even search in and would directly ask a colleague if in doubt. With amber, I can simply enter my question normally and usually get a good overview with the appropriate sources quickly. Especially with older projects, this is a real relief for me because I can find relevant information without having to click through countless files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I sometimes still miss with amber is an even more precise narrowing down to the most relevant spot in long documents. With extensive construction documents, I occasionally still have to read a bit myself. Overall, however, the advantages clearly outweigh: I find information faster, save myself many follow-up questions, and can focus more on the actual technical work.
