Faster Access to Relevant Information and More Time for Actual Work
As a civil engineer, I spend quite a bit of time with plans, inspection reports, and old project documentation. I used to often have to think about which folder or system I should even search in and would directly ask a colleague if in doubt. With amber, I can simply enter my question normally and usually get a good overview with the appropriate sources quickly. Especially with older projects, this is a real relief for me because I can find relevant information without having to click through countless files.

Finally a way to easily find company internal information
- Look’n’Feel of the solution. Our employees could easily adapt to the solution. No additional training/onboarding is required.
- Technical integration was quite smooth. I was expecting a bigger project as our information is all over the place, however, it worked quite intuitive
- Probably the most important thing for us -> employees are able to find the information they look for.
