What is PeopleStrong Alt? PeopleStrong Alt is a cloud-based human resources (HR) platform suitable for large businesses in any industry. It provides tools to manage most aspects of the hiring process and other HR functions, including candidate sourcing and interviews, employee onboarding and payroll. PeopleStrong Alt allows users to collect data on potential employees from sites such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Monster. A built-in candidate referral tool allows current employees to suggest prospective hires. Recruiters can track candidates throughout the hiring process and use PeopleStrong’s onboarding module for selected hires. HR staff use PeopleStrong to monitor productivity, attrition rates, workforce demographics and more. Finance tools allow users to manage employee expenses, payroll, conduct audits and update compensation. Employees can access a self-service portal to view financial information. PeopleStrong Alt is offered on a per user per month subscription basis. iOS and Android apps are also available.
