Having used the application with field service technicians, this reviewer finds that it greatly improves the efficiency of information collection through customizable forms. The inability to function offline poses a challenge for technicians in areas with unstable internet.

Compared to other modes, AllOnMobile can seem slightly crippled when in a fully offline state. It is possible to note that some of the features disappear, for instance, sending assignments or having real-time data sync. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
