If I really had to think about something negative. I'd probably say it sometimes takes an extra email or two until we hear back from our point of contact. Might be nice to have some ability to pay for hours up front to avoid this? It's not much of a pain. But, I was trying to provide something constructive for Apptentive to look into. **What problems is Alchemer Digital solving and how is that benefiting you?** The initial problem we were trying to solve was to get a higher app store rating for both our iOS and Android app (which we saw immediate results after only 1 day of implementation). The bigger benefit now that we have implemented Apptentive is all of the great feedback we have received. I end up having to go to the dashboard, select the app, and then toggle to Surveys again. It's a lot of clicking. I can't review reports or update surveys on a mobile device. Lastly - I hate how I can't re-order questions in the survey builder. I also hate how I can't update/add questions to an existing survey that's already running. Surfacing all of the customer love has been good for acquisition, but also for morale! We don't get to see the positive impact we make, and it's energizing. As for the tool, I like the simplicity of it. Following a one-hour training session with my success manager, I've had no trouble using it. I appreciate that it's not bloated with a bunch of stuff I don't need or want. I feel very proficient with all of the features. My success manager has been amazing. He's really taken time to work with me to get to know the tools, to understand our app, and to make great suggestions on implementing the Love Dialog (which has been WILDLY successful). He and his team went above and beyond to help us out when we had an issue over a critical weekend. I've also gotten benefit out of using the Apptentive tool to demonstrate to the business what targeted, trigger-based messaging looks like. **What do you dislike about Alchemer Digital?** I would like it if all of the reporting was available via the dashboard. I've been able to use targeted notes to display a note asking if someone needs help in an area where people were having trouble. The ability to use the business rules is extremely valuable. For that use case, I set it where if a user gets a specific error message three times, I throw a message. I also used Notes to highlight new features by placing notes in contextual places.
