We are a small law firm with a specialized IP practice, and they have provided a flexible cloud-based "desktop as a service" that has been well-suited to our needs. TekReach assumes all responsibility for IT infrastructure, including not only hosted software applications but also management of desktops, printers, and mobile devices, all at a cost-effective price point. Most importantly, their support is extremely responsive and capable. On many occasions they have gone above and beyond to ensure our needs are met, with excellent follow-through. Highly recommended. **What do you dislike about Albatross Cloud?** We frankly have not found anything to dislike about the service. **What problems is Albatross Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a small law firm with a specialized IP practice, and therefore lack the scale and budget to maintain a state-of-the-art IT platform in-house. It also can accommodate all of our various programs. **What do you dislike about Albatross Cloud?** Not being able to download or update a program on our own. TekReach is quick to do it for us, but it would be nice to have direct ability to do some items. **What problems is Albatross Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows us to work from anywhere and be connected to our team and documents. ### 3.
