What do you like best about Albatross Cloud?

TekReach's Albatross Legal Cloud has been an excellent solution for us. We are a small law firm with a specialized IP practice, and they have provided a flexible cloud-based "desktop as a service" that has been well-suited to our needs. TekReach assumes all responsibility for IT infrastructure, including not only hosted software applications but also management of desktops, printers, and mobile devices, all at a cost-effective price point. Most importantly, their support is extremely responsive and capable. On many occasions they have gone above and beyond to ensure our needs are met, with excellent follow-through. Highly recommended. What problems is Albatross Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a small law firm with a specialized IP practice, and therefore lack the scale and budget to maintain a state-of-the-art IT platform in-house. Albatross Cloud has provided all the benefits of a first-class platform and IT support staff at an affordable price point, enabling our firm to focus on practicing law instead of managing IT. What do you like best about Albatross Cloud?
