TekReach's Albatross Legal Cloud has been an excellent solution for us. We are a small law firm with a specialized IP practice, and they have provided a flexible cloud-based "desktop as a service" that has been well-suited to our needs. TekReach assumes all responsibility for IT infrastructure, including not only hosted software applications but also management of desktops, printers, and mobile devices, all at a cost-effective price point. Most importantly, their support is extremely responsive and capable. On many occasions they have gone above and beyond to ensure our needs are met, with excellent follow-through. Highly recommended.
