What do you like best about Akeneo PIM?

Intuitive user interface. Great app store with connectors to most major adjacent technology providers (DAM, E-comm, CMS etc.). Fantastic for business users. Constantly innovating. Part of the MACH alliance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Akeneo PIM?

Very B2C/e-commerce focused. They have a number of B2B use cases, but could do so much more to add value in the B2B space and non-traditional sales channels (sales, service, partner portals etc.). They've acknowledged this and are taking steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
