open source machine learning and neural network libraries and GPUrun library for deep neural networks and then there are NVIDIA drivers and development presets and building tools etc.

**What do you dislike about AISE TensorFlow 1.8 Python 2.7 CPU Notebook?**

tf 1.10 prebuilt installers are not supported and also a bit expensive😜
