One of the standout aspects is the user interface – it's simple, clean, and easy to navigate. There are times when we couldn't find the resources we needed to solve a problem and had to rely on the user WhatsApp group. A more complete and searchable knowledge base would make things easier for everyone. Local Language Support: Since Airbridge is planning to expand further in the Indonesian market, it would be a big plus to have documentation available in Bahasa Indonesia. It would help local teams work more efficiently and independently. Indonesian-Speaking Support: Having a customer support representative who can speak Bahasa Indonesia would also be a great addition. We used to face constant headaches from broken deep links and unreliable web-to-app transitions. With Airbridge, those issues are gone.
