I use Air360 primarily to understand real user behavior on our website and improve conversion rates across our key landing pages and checkout flow. I love its heatmaps for spotting high-engagement areas and hidden friction points. Building conversion funnels to see where users abandon our flows is super valuable. What I like most is how Air360 turns vague user data into clear, actionable behavior insights without needing heavy setup or developer help. Its no-code implementation is a huge plus, letting us capture sessions, heatmaps, and funnels quickly. The clean and intuitive interface makes it easy to find what I need without learning complicated workflows. I appreciate how it starts delivering value on day one. Also, the segmentation tools are really intuitive, making UX research feel less like a chore. Another nice touch is that it doesn’t overwhelm me with unnecessary features, focusing on what truly matters for understanding users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A few areas of Air360 could use some refinement, mostly around advanced filtering and integration depth. While the basic segmentation works really well for day-to-day analysis, some of the more granular combination filters can feel a bit limited compared to enterprise-grade tools. I’ve also noticed that custom alerting options are fairly basic—it would be helpful to get automated notifications for unusual funnel drop-offs or spikes in session errors, rather than having to check manually. I’d also like more saved, reusable segments that update automatically as new data comes in, so I don’t have to rebuild the same filters every time I analyze mobile performance or paid campaign traffic.
