**What do you like best about Aimylogic?**

I really like how functionally the bot constructor is made here. You can make and test a voice robot in an hour, just by reading the documentation, without outside help. Of course, voice channels are also needed, but the service provides everything for testing.

**What do you dislike about Aimylogic?**

However, the visual bot builder is not intuitive. I would like to simplify it for the average user while leaving powerful functionality. Other than that, call reporting leaves a lot to be desired.

**Recommendations to others considering Aimylogic:**

Just try to deal with the service and read the documentation, it's cheaper than contacting an agency

**What problems is Aimylogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For my company, it was necessary to make an informational one-time call to existing customers. The agency set a huge price, but I found a constructor, figured it out, and made a bot in an hour. It remains only to find the trunk and record the phrase with the announcer.
