We initially shared the tool between two departments, but at first, I couldn’t filter or isolate my team's data from the other team’s data. This issue has since been resolved. I believe all the materials demonstrate a strong level of technical competence. The content is very well written, specific, and supported by practical examples; it is also well structured and straight to the point. The platform works well overall: it is user-friendly and quite easy to navigate across its different areas.

One area for improvement could be the team reporting dashboard, which I think could be more intuitive and easier to interpret at a glance. Topics such as AI are well explained, and there is a lot of material that teaches you how to embrace AI in your daily life and work.

The value of the platform is impressive given the quantity and quality of the information. However, when access is extended to a large number of colleagues, the overall cost becomes quite high. I also wish we had had a stronger onboarding process, with more support from AIHR to help us use the platform more effectively and drive higher engagement among our employees.
