AIHR makes my job easier as a manager. My team consistently asks for development opportunities, and this tool delivers them on demand. They can fit the learning into their weekly schedules without it feeling disruptive. The pricing is top-notch as well, and the onboarding support has been top-tier. The learning path our rep helped shape has also supported and enhanced my team’s performance goals. The certificates they acquire build confidence, strengthen knowledge, and earn respect from peers and leaders within our organization. Like any tool, regular updates to the dashboard are essential. We initially shared the tool between two departments, but at first, I couldn’t filter or isolate my team's data from the other team’s data. This issue has since been resolved. AIHR has been a great partner in helping our team build practical AI skills and confidence. For many team members, this was their first formal introduction to AI, and the learning experience was thoughtfully designed to make the topic approachable while gradually building in complexity. The AI use case framework was so practical that I adapted it directly into one of our team's onsite activities. We also received overwhelmingly positive feedback about the AI simulator. It was interactive, realistic, and gave learners a chance to apply their skills in a meaningful way. Overall, AIHR's content has been instrumental in accelerating AI skill building and adoption across our team. It's practical, engaging, and exceptionally well designed. The only thing that can be annoying are the frequent notifications, but only if you turn this feature on. We invested in the unlimited access option for our HR team. As a manager, what appealed to me most about this was that it took the pressure off my employees choosing a specific certification to work on. It allowed them to try out any or all of them, to abandon one part of the way through and then complete a new one. This applies particularly when trying to decide between a beginner course and an intermediate level course. I had a few staff members start a beginning course before feeling confident in moving to a higher-level course that was more appropriate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about AIHR? It would be great if the course planning/scheduling features were expanded. Part of staying on track is having a detailed syllabus to import into a work calendar - for example, being able to more easily map out when I'll complete Module 1, Lesson 1 - with a known amount of time that this lesson takes. I did this all manually at the beginning of a certification but it was based on a guess of 15 minutes per lesson. It would be helpful to have access to actual times so that I can allocate the right amount of time from the very beginning. having more automation to it would also help me support my staff members.
