**What do you like best about AIGalaxy?**

This program is fairly easy to use and there is easy access to help, if needed.  You can easily schedule appointments, add medical notes, and diagnosis. Easy to set up reminders for patients as well.

**What do you dislike about AIGalaxy?**

Occasionally, the program stops responding and you have to shut it down and restart. Sometimes, you lose your notes or record that you were working on if it freezes up and you have to restart.

**Recommendations to others considering AIGalaxy:**

Take time to learn the entire program.

**What problems is AIGalaxy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling is easy and reminders are a quick way of alerting clients when their pets are due for vaccinations or exams.
