**What do you like best about Agilysys LMS?**

Interfaces with other products we use to serve our guests.

**What do you dislike about Agilysys LMS?**

The version we are on is a bit older and confuses our new hires as it isn't as intuitive.

**What problems is Agilysys LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting to our backend systems for other parts of our business to be able to see more of the value a guest has to our property.

**What do you like best about Agilysys LMS?**

Rather simplistic software so multiple people can use it wit relative ease. Better for a user than admin. 

**What do you dislike about Agilysys LMS?**

The system is slow at times and not consistent in its loading times. 
It doesn’t play too well with any other system even it’s own products 

**Recommendations to others considering Agilysys LMS:**

Would recommend for a small operation 

**What problems is Agilysys LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Used it as the LMS at a hotel. Primary hotel management system we had. 
Promos, occupancy managing, etc
