**What do you like best about Agency360?**

That our customers can watch all necessary statistics in one place. And you can create dashboard for the customers exact needs.
They can easily access a dashboard or a report and find out the stats they are looking for. And I think many of us know that customers really need easy way to get this information, or they will simply not add any time on trying to find it!

**What do you dislike about Agency360?**

Sometimes it is to complex - which is good at the same time. But it does require a learning effort. You should let your self have time to learn and then you will be able to create great dashboards for you clients!

**What problems is Agency360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instead of making reports in several different platforms like:
Google Ads & analytics
Microsoft Ads
Facebook ads
LinkedIn ads
 We just create a report in Agency 360 that our customers can access easy.

**What do you like best about Agency360?**

I can record all materials covered in training online, and access it from anywhere I have internet. I do not have to sign each activity completed in a day on a piece of paper, and I do not have to write out summaries of the day's training on paper, I can type it up instead. I can see how other trainees are doing with their respective trainers without asking for a copy from the other trainer, to prepare for when the trainee comes to me for an additional phase of training. If I forget what we have not covered yet, I can search the materials and see what hasn't been signed off of with ease. 

**What do you dislike about Agency360?**

Unable to move trainee's phases to match where they actually are, if training phases must be done out of order. Hard to search for assignments unless you know the exact wording of what you're looking for, which can become frustrating if I use a different term to refer to an operation than the coordinator does who programs the list of assignments. 

**Recommendations to others considering Agency360:**

Think about what you want and need for your training program. If the internet access makes sense for your agency, I recommend it. The software has been extremely useful in that regard for me. 

**What problems is Agency360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agency360 allows trainers and trainees to access the daily observation reports from wherever they are. If the trainer or trainee cannot or forgets to complete a form, they can access it from their phone or at home computer.
