Nothing much to dislike but if they could improve on integration part with various tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about AdEspresso by Hootsuite? After publishing my very first campaign I was greeted with an error about my audience. The same audience entered worked perfectly when being used on Facebook and other platforms. It's now been almost two weeks and I still didn't hear a word from their "Tier 2 Specialist". Most shockingly, they didn't even answer to my follow-ups and other support requests. Luckily we didn't spend a dime for this broken platform and outrageous customer service.
