**What do you like best about Adentro?**

I like that I can see a direct correlation between our Facebook/Instagram and eclub marketing to guests showing up at our restaurant.  In the past, you simply hoped your marketing was working and with Adentro, I can actually track it.  I also have a team who meets with us every other week to discuss current results so we can tweak anything quickly

**What do you dislike about Adentro?**

It takes a few weeks to dial in an ad and that doesn't allow us to change our messaging as often as I would like.  I'd also like to have the ability to advertise on more social platforms like Tik Tok, and my only options are Facebook & Instagram

**What problems is Adentro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've been able to prove out the results of our marketing spend, making it easier to craft my budget so it goes to areas that truly impact our business.

First party data is the best part of this relationship.

**What do you dislike about Adentro?**

The account management and changes to overall budget requirements have caused poor performance and conflict with client files.

**What problems is Adentro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problem I am solving is accessing firsts party data that I otherwise would not have access to. Honestly the social WiFi is probably the best part.

**What do you like best about Adentro?**

I like the ability to target customers, email campaigns and the ability to use adentro for paid ads. The team is very quick to respond and easy to work with. They also have great tips for optimizing creative.

**What do you dislike about Adentro?**

I think the only thing that is unfortunate is not being able to share our financial information to understand exactly how much each guest spends. This is not on adentro though, and more has to do with our firewalls.

**What problems is Adentro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understanding our guests behaviors and retargeting new drinkers to be our fans.

**What do you like best about Adentro?**

What I like best about Adentro building its network is that it is 1P data, gathered by users willingly giving their email address to access the wifi signal. Not only can we know that these users like to eat at a location, but we can contribute that to our ad efforts as well.

**What do you dislike about Adentro?**

They are not in every restaurant, how can you measure drive through users or reach them. Also if they are not measuring or collecting data from your clients locations, what is the exact benefit to a marketer.

**What problems is Adentro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving measurement issues with offline attribution done by geography. This is an alternate way to measure success without tapping into a users location or attributing users nearby and not in the location.

I can see cost per walkthrough at a store by store level and by creative type.

The placement fee is a bit high, but it is countered by the low CPWT

Adentro is extremely helpful and vital to our business. With the help of Alex Samko, we are able to achieve company goals in a shorter time frame. We are thrilled to be working with Adentro and Alex!

N/A- the experience with Adentro and Alex has been great!

Not exactly a problem, however we are working through a new tiering structure. I am curious to see the difference between the tiers and the structure beforehand.

The representative Alex and Patrick are very easy to work with and bring good ideas to the table to help us grow our business.

**What do you dislike about Adentro?**

It would be great for Adentro to have a creative/copywriter team to assist in developing the ads campaigns for smaller businesses that don't have an agency.

**What problems is Adentro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication with our guests.  The benefit of the prospecting and reaching new audiences we would not have access to.

Zenreach is an effective platform that provides support in assessing online marketing strategies with the aim of taking efficient decisions.

The implementation requires specific training  that needs to be planned quite in advance.

The platforme supported the company in retaining clients and enhance long lasting relationship with the customer base.

The WiFi product was a little buggy and didn't record the stats as advertised. Clients didnt make full use of the product.

**What do you like best about Adentro?**

To provide clients services as a good connection to the web we can use it to place our advertising and marketing projects. The platform allows us to track the clients and in the administration panel we can check the ongoing marketing tasks.

**What do you dislike about Adentro?**

Time tracking doesn't work so well - this regarding the usage of the wifi.

**What problems is Adentro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Giving clients in house a better service and a access to the web - we can also place our marketing strategies and analyze the customer behavior. The homepage views and clicks are going higher since we settled up this tool. Specific marketing messages can be send to the smart phone.

**What do you like best about Adentro?**

You have an account manager who works closely with you to ensure you can accumulate as many subscribers as possible. Setup at the restaurant was easy. It offered free WiFi to customers in exchange for their contact information, particularly email address. Once collected, we can send email blasts to them. You can also send it out based on demographics, which was useful. You can also create unique coupon buttons so customers don't use it more than once.

**What do you dislike about Adentro?**

Although easy to use, it was lacking many features MailChimp had for free. Designing a template wasn't as interesting.

**What problems is Adentro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collecting data, such as email address, names, zip code, gender, phone number and address. Providing customers with free wifi. Sending email blasts about new dishes and specials.

**What do you like best about Adentro?**

It was highly focused on a specific niche (hospitality) and works quite well once you get it up and running

**What do you dislike about Adentro?**

It requires clients to swap out their hardware, which is one strike against them. All of my clients balked at the idea because, since they are not all that tech savvy, changing out tech tends to freak them out a bit. Plus it isn't applicable outside of restaurants, bars and hotels. I work with large to small businesses in almost every arena and they each have different needs for marketing automation. Almost any wifi hotspot vendor can collect data from customers so having a marketing automation platform that can collect the data can work.

**What problems is Adentro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It actually created problems. Concerns of the GDPR and the California data security laws made every customer I talked with leery of adding a hot spot and while Zenreach has policies in place, you can only see them through a partner portal. The people I talk with want to see the policies before they sit down with me. Plus calling my rep was problematic because I would call during a sales call and they were never available to talk.

**What do you like best about Adentro?**

ZenReach is a very easy to use and high-tech tool that makes it very easy to collect emails. There is no other source that our company has ever used that allowed us to generate at many emails from our customers. Along with that, all the data and capabilities of ZenReach are at the top of their industry. 

**What do you dislike about Adentro?**

Sending emails could be improved through the ZenReach portal. We recently just left our 9 year old account with Constant Contact and began to solely use ZenReach instead as our contact database and email marketing. The only problem that we found is that ZenReach has a hard time properly organizing contacts for a business with the use of labels and groups. 

**Recommendations to others considering Adentro:**

Sign up for ZenReach with an open mind and compare ROI after at least 3 months  of using the program. Normally I believe they will give you a one or two months for free anyway.

**What problems is Adentro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ZenReach is helping us gain much more customer engagement and is helping us save money by bundling some other software that we use in with theirs.

**What do you like best about Adentro?**

Using Zenreach for a group of restaurants, it's great to have smart emails enabled to send out first-time guest offers. 

**What do you dislike about Adentro?**

There's not a lot of customization available when designing emails, and often they don't translate well to mobile. I don't like not being able to view specific customer lists like you can in other platforms like ConstantContact, and the smart emails have had errors sending multiple "first-time guest" emails to the same person and at varying times after a person's visit, and you can't track offer redemptions within the platform. In analytics, I like that you can view the walk-through rate of how many customers come back within a week of receiving an email, but wish you could view returning customers for different ranges of time, as well as a click-through rate/any actions they may take which Zenreach doesn't currently report on.

**Recommendations to others considering Adentro:**

I'm still hopeful that features I've asked Zenreach's support team about come to fruition, and that they're able to work out glitches and add additional analytics. Currently I'm kind of unimpressed, but I love the idea behind where they say they're headed.

**What problems is Adentro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zenreach provides our guest Wi-Fi network and email marketing tool. It allows us to view audience information and return visits, though the analytics aren't in the most user-friendly format for reporting purposes.

Do it!  I am reviewing the e-blast Zenreach product.  it looks like they must have several other products here based on the topics for rating on the next page.
