**What do you like best about Addend Analytics?**

The best part of this platform is that we do not need to switch between different softwares for finance , sales and marketing, and other services, all are available in single platform and moreover all this is on cloud so not issue of storage and capacity.

**What do you dislike about Addend Analytics?**

I did not find any particular drawback in this paltform but you need to learn a few things while onboarding this platform and you require a strong internet connection.

**What problems is Addend Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform include domains of business like finance, sales and marketing, supplu chain, serice, manufactuirng etc. It helped in organising and smooth flow of business process. Even it helped in enhancing the performance of employees, saving time and managing all the business data at one place.

The Automation part was very much liked by all our team members.

Nothing as such to dislik as we used only what was required by our project.

**Recommendations to others considering Addend Analytics:**

If you are loooking for an ERP tool and to handle your CRM, and best part is if you want some automation, you can go for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. It has very good features.

**What problems is Addend Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The CRM system in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, along with ERP and Automation workflows made it very useful tool for our team
