"Low-code automation made easy—with a team that truly supports you"
What do you like best about Activepieces?

Activepieces offers a clean, intuitive automation builder that makes it easy for non-technical team members to create and manage flows. The flexibility it provides—supporting advanced logic like loops, conditions, webhooks, and JavaScript—means we don’t compromise on complexity even with a no-code approach. The platform strikes the perfect balance between simplicity and capability. Most importantly, the Activepieces team is incredibly responsive and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and supportive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Activepieces?

While the product is evolving quickly, some connectors and integrations are still limited or require manual configuration. However, the open-source nature and active development roadmap help mitigate this, and the team is very open to feedback and improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Advancing very quickly with a support tam who is willing to work with you"
What do you like best about Activepieces?

Ads an early supporter of Active pieces i've seen them progress quickly. They have come out with many new features that are very exciting which should make them a major contender in the space. Outside of that their plan limits are very generous, especially if you just want to dip your toes and learn the platform before going all in. It's a very solid platform that doesn't have a huge learning curve, especially if you are somewhat familiar with other tools in the space. This is slowly becoming a daily driver in my business and making it easier as i use it to automate things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Activepieces?

I wish there was a way to integrate front end stuff. When i say front end stuff i mean visual pieces, or ways to visualize data. As a connector Active pieces is built more for back end just like everything else in the space. I just want my cake, and to be able to eat it too! lol Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"No-Code Automation for Modern Workflows"
What do you like best about Activepieces?

I like its intuitive drag-and-drop workflow builder, which makes setting up automations very easy. The visual designer is approachable for beginners but looks to be powerful enough for advanced users. Lots of integration options, including popular apps (like Gmail, Slack, OpenAI) and the ability to do more advanced functions like branching and multi-step automations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Activepieces?

There are terminology differences from other automation platforms (like “router” instead of “filter”), so there’s a brief learning curve if you’re migrating from elsewhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Broken Promises and Bad Faith: Warning to Future Customers"
What do you like best about Activepieces?

When I first discovered ActivePieces, I was genuinely impressed by its ambition to make automation more accessible and its steady rollout of new features. The platform’s no-code approach had a lot of potential for streamlining tasks and integrating different tools, and the early roadmap suggested an eagerness to innovate quickly. The idea of providing lifetime access to advanced features at launch also showed a willingness to reward early adopters, which initially built a sense of trust and community. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Activepieces?

What I dislike most about ActivePieces is their lack of follow-through on clear promises made to early supporters. The company pledged to always upgrade lifetime deal customers to the current equivalent of their “Pro” plan, but as soon as their business model shifted, they ignored this commitment. They also collapsed the value across paid tiers, making those who invested more receive no added benefit.

Attempts to address these concerns have been met with silence or even account shutdowns, instead of honest communication or fair solutions. This approach feels like bait and switch and shows a lack of respect for customer trust and loyalty. It’s disappointing to see a company disregard its earliest backers and change the rules after the fact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple and Intuitive"
What do you like best about Activepieces?

Simple, Intuitive and all-in-one. It has table for data storage, Ai agent, MCP as well. The number of pieces are growing really fast with the help of community. UI/UX is very simple and kinda grows on me. One big plus is recently they no longer limit tasks, so users wont need to be too concerned that their automation will stop working if the account goes over limit. What do you dislike about Activepieces?

Due to being young, it still has a few bugs and inconveniences here and there, but for regular user its not that big of a deal. I've been reporting a few bugs and it is fixed in a matter of few days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Activepieces bridges the gaps of my tasks"
What do you like best about Activepieces?

It's been my hurdle for a while to get my calendars events in-sync across multiple accounts. I found some solutions but they took more time for me to make them work. With Activepieces, I can make the event sync work in just few steps and I can even customize the content in the destination to make it even more clear. Now my calendar is much more organized.

I also uses it to do some PoC because Activepieces makes the integration easy. With it, I've done more PoC than before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Activepieces?

I'm pretty much happy with all my uses cases with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Finally a TRUE ALTERNATIVE for Zapier"
What do you like best about Activepieces?

I have tried so many Zapier replacements, such as (Make, Latenode, Pabbly, tried them all). Activepieces has come a long way and they continue to surprise and update their software. It is very easy to integrate with apps, just like Zapier, and get them going. They do use different terminology, but just ask Claude or ChatGPT what they are and they will provide the answer. For example, Zapier uses filters, but Activepieces uses Routers (branches) and the left side is what you want and if the left side does not match, then on the right side nothing will happen.

--> Their pricing is AMAZING! You pay $1 for 1000 tasks. Zapier, Make and other companies definitely charge way more than this.

--> This is cheaper than n8n. I tried n8n and I needed to connect multiple Gmail accounts to one workflow; you cannot do this with n8n at this time. You can with Activepieces.

--> They have a free account with all features, no LIMITATIONS. You get 1000 free task.

--> I have not requested customer service, but I have not needed to. I moved all my zaps from Zapier except for 2 with no issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Activepieces?

This might be a downside for some, and that is they don't integrate with every company out there, but give them time, they will. Remember Zapier has been in business for a very long time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great connector tool - now with MCP's"
What do you like best about Activepieces?

Costly improving. The number of features and the ease of integrations with the tools they support are fantastic. I would not say it is easy to use overall, and does take some skill and effort, but the customer support and community has been great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Activepieces?

Challenging to wrap my head around it initially. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Automation Made Simple"
What do you like best about Activepieces?

Activepieces brilliantly bridges the gap between user-friendliness and powerful developer customization. Its open-source nature makes it exceptionally lightweight and easy to self-host, which is a perfect entry point for small teams. As you scale, migrating to their cloud version is seamless and remarkably cost-effective. The standout feature is the AI Copilot, which can custom-build any missing integration in Node.js on demand. This combination of accessibility, scalability, and powerful customization makes it a standout automation tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Activepieces?

As a newer platform, Activepieces has a smaller library of pre-built integrations compared to more established competitors. We have also encountered some functional limitations within certain pieces, which can occasionally add a layer of complexity for our team during implementation. We are confident that the selection and depth of integrations will expand as the tool continues to mature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
