They have come out with many new features that are very exciting which should make them a major contender in the space. Outside of that their plan limits are very generous, especially if you just want to dip your toes and learn the platform before going all in. It's a very solid platform that doesn't have a huge learning curve, especially if you are somewhat familiar with other tools in the space. This is slowly becoming a daily driver in my business and making it easier as i use it to automate things. **What do you dislike about Activepieces?** I wish there was a way to integrate front end stuff. When i say front end stuff i mean visual pieces, or ways to visualize data. As a connector Active pieces is built more for back end just like everything else in the space. Activepieces has come a long way and they continue to surprise and update their software. It is very easy to integrate with apps, just like Zapier, and get them going. They do use different terminology, but just ask Claude or ChatGPT what they are and they will provide the answer. For example, Zapier uses filters, but Activepieces uses Routers (branches) and the left side is what you want and if the left side does not match, then on the right side nothing will happen. --> Their pricing is AMAZING! You pay $1 for 1000 tasks. Zapier, Make and other companies definitely charge way more than this. --> This is cheaper than n8n. I tried n8n and I needed to connect multiple Gmail accounts to one workflow; you cannot do this with n8n at this time. You can with Activepieces. --> They have a free account with all features, no LIMITATIONS. You get 1000 free task. --> I have not requested customer service, but I have not needed to. I moved all my zaps from Zapier except for 2 with no issues. **What do you dislike about Activepieces?** This might be a downside for some, and that is they don't integrate with every company out there, but give them time, they will. Admittedly I haven't had much of a chance to make use of it until recently, but this weekend I worked on a small personal project which required some automation, and Activepieces immediately sprung to mind. I got set up on their Cloud version and managed to get my workflow sorted in minutes - no Docs or tutorials required. Connecting to external tools was as easy as clicking a few buttons. I also love the fact that I can self host this and use it for free if I needed to. Zapier and others are incredibly expensive. **What do you dislike about Activepieces?** Given how young this project is, the experience isn't as polished as some of the more established vendors. Would love a dark mode, as well as the ability to view the workflows horizontally as well as vertically. Oh, and more connectors are always welcome :) That being said, it's only a matter of time until Ashraf and the team catch up given the rapid pace of development and innovation.
