I like its intuitive drag-and-drop workflow builder, which makes setting up automations very easy. The visual designer is approachable for beginners but looks to be powerful enough for advanced users. Lots of integration options, including popular apps (like Gmail, Slack, OpenAI) and the ability to do more advanced functions like branching and multi-step automations.

Costly improving. The number of features and the ease of integrations with the tools they support are fantastic. I would not say it is easy to use overall, and does take some skill and effort, but the customer support and community has been great
