**What do you like best about Activengage?**

ActivEngage’s team is super responsive and helps us capture leads we might have missed.

**What do you dislike about Activengage?**

At times the chats can feel a bit scripted, and the dashboard could be easier to navigate.

**What problems is Activengage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ActivEngage helps us engage website visitors in real time, turning casual browsers into actual leads. This has boosted our follow-ups and given us more qualified opportunities without adding extra load on our in house team.

The most useful attribute about the brand is the impact on the conversion metrics. It really moves the needle when it comes to profitability

The platform charges a relatively high fee on transactions. Users will have to look at other options if they wish to scale this model

It helps reduce the barrier with the online shoppers. Gives them confidence and assurance about the product

**What do you like best about Activengage?**

It's best for it's third party integration and setup of managed chat on dealer website, it also agents to manage chat queues and share media files across clients and business and also provide sms to clients regards to details of the status, it helps to monitor and supervision the flow.

**What do you dislike about Activengage?**

The chat popup can be improved a bit, but it's not a problem for now.

**What problems is Activengage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The automative marketing never had an app like activengage, it's one platform for all the tasks to be easily done in automotive marketing like sms, tracking and chat facilities.
