Everything is very useful and my favorite one that I loved about medator is making the videos, you can cut, fast forward it, slow motion, and it it created more engagement with my clients

**What do you like best about Matador?**

Matador has a placement on our site that makes sure that our customers can get the best experience for whatever their needs may be. It has a great widget that enables us to communicate with our customers via SMS to make sure that contact is done quickly. I like that the platform is incredibly user-friendly and quickly links up to contacts in our CRM.

**What do you dislike about Matador?**

There's nothing much that I can say I dislike about Matador. The platform is frequently updated to bring on new features that are great for growing our Matador use.

**What problems is Matador solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With matador, we have realized that texting our customers to assist with their needs is invaluable. Most customers would prefer to be texted versus a phone call. We have been able to increase our rate of contact with our customers with Matador.

Most client are more comfortable texting than calling, i like the fact that i can text with my clients without necessary having to give them my personnal phone number

A lot of client think that they can call us with matador, which is not the case, the phone logo should not be there. Sometimes, even if I already read the message and clicked on mark as read, i'll get notification saying that  I didnt see the message.

there's a lot of benefits for this app, with this app I was able to reach out easily to a few clients, and book appointments with them.

**What do you like best about Matador?**

To begin with, the user interface is pretty straightforward, using their SMS widget gives a great conversion boost because people feel like they can connect to a human immediately, and are able to communicate with our business from the comfort of their phones. Matador has allowed us to generate at least 500 5-star google reviews which puts us at the top rank in Google Maps. It's a feature that I could not find anywhere else. In addition that Matador.ai is only software so far that allows our business development team to contact a lead in less than 5 minutes, very consistently and help us minimize the leak of leads.

Overall great software, I would recommend it to any auto dealership

**What do you dislike about Matador?**

Like any new innovative platform, new features are added every week and training our BDR team to use them can be a bit overwhelming, especially with larger organizations. I would also be happier if it had more integrations with third-party software, nonetheless, it does have integrations with major channels such as Facebook leads which is the source for much of our leads.

**What problems is Matador solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connect by SMS immediately with our new leads, great automations for repetitive inquiries. Allows us to generate a large number of ewviews.. Great sure interface and actually allows us to generate leads from the chatbot widget directly.

**What do you like best about Matador?**

Matador is very user-friendly and easy for staff to use. I have had tools that seemed good, but our staff never used it. Matador is plug and play and our entire staff used it right away without any issues. The Matador customer support team helped us get setup and is always available for any questions or needs.

There are no dislikes for this tool. Our staff never had an issue and continues to use it at any time. If there are any questions, the Matador team always helps out right away.

Our staff needs to communicate with our customers. As people would rather text over talk on the phone or submit an email lead for contact, this tool makes it extremely easy for people to contact us right away.

Is an easy way to stay in touch with prospects and convert them into new leads. Also, the platform is easy to integrate with our CRM which gives us the chance to reimpact by SMS leads that did not finalize the purchase process.

I did not have really issues so far and the Matador team is easy to contact if I have any questions about the platform.

easy communication with the customers, also there is a higher reach rate now by texting then trying to reach them by email. other than that haven't seen something similar.

I would like to be able to put my cellphone number so i can have a direct reach of my customers and conversations, other than always openning the app through a link that keeps popping up every time a customer answers.

The only thing that i like from it is that i have there phone numbers so i call just call them directly since i know he just answered. this makes the contact rate much higher.

The integration with our CRM (DelerSocket) makes it very easy to write a text message to our customers. They have added a Google extension that opens a small chat window directly from our CRM.

Matador is fairly new and is in constant development. Their reporting features are getting better every day.

The level of engagement really exploded with our customers. More engagement equals more appointments equals more sales.

**What do you like best about Matador?**

The interface is very attractive and easy to use. We have been able to send out SMS broadcasts to clients, which have led to many conversions and sales ultimately. I wish I had Matador integrated into my website years ago, it would have helped me a great deal. It's been very convenient for my staff and the clients to communicate their needs and quickly cater to them efficiently, leading to more sales more rapidly. The support team at Matador is also very responsive and is open to new ideas and implementations which is a big plus!

Media attachments are available but it would be great if we could drag and drop them straight in the message box.

**What problems is Matador solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been using Matador to collect all our clients and users on one platform by uploading CSV files and it has helped a lot. We can now section our clients by category and add details for each of them so we can better target them during our broadcasts.

I think the platform itself is easy enough to maneuver, not a huge learning curve, I like that I don't have to have an app.

**What do you dislike about Matador?**

I just don't think it is effective. It often doesn't kick in quickly enough. It doesn't kick in immediately after I get a lead, and when it usually kicks in is when the client is sitting in my chair. While it's great that it will (supposedly) text my client over and over until they engage, I haven't noticed any of mine actually engage. It just doesn't seem to be any more effective than the platform we are already using. Great concept though.

**What problems is Matador solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending out mass marketing texts for sales events is wonderful. We never did that before and being able to let several people know about an event without me having to call everyone is really nice. That's the one thing about Matador that I like. If the app can kick in at the right time, this will be very helpful. Just needs a little troubleshooting and improvement.

The product is always growing and changing so while there is a bit of a learning curve from time to time, all changes are relevant and help us provide a better serivce.

The amount that his product will contribute to your follow-up will be suprising. Plus with integration I don't have to chase people for information anymore.

Love how it is a super easy interface to use. The Automated text setting save an incredible amount of time when comes to making initial contact with customers. I normally have 200-300 leads I am qualifying at a time and Matador was a huge help in ensuring I was able to handle this myself without a team. With all the uses of Matador you can easily have 1 full time person tackle the job of a small BDC department. The Matador team is also amazing to deal with.

The platform is always growing. So things that I was not a fan of were quickly updated, changed or added when I would contact the Development team in regard to it. So nothing bad to say.

Matador has helped our brand manage the leads we received from Facebook with their Facebook integration. Now, we can chat we customers directly on our platform and see the conversations our customers have with our agents. It is much more efficient this way.

I wish we could integrate other social media for lead management (instagram).

We have improved our cost per lead on Facebook ads once we started using their lead management tool through Facebook integration.

This platform provides the easiest way to communicate with Facebook use leads in the most user-friendly way possible. I found it one of the best CRM for the automotive industry out there in the market. Highly recommended!

I would love to see the email integration support on the platform to follow up with leads which doesn't provide phone numbers.

The platform has saved us a lot of time in following up with the different audiences on different platforms (Like Facebook, SMS, third parties, store-visits etc.). The auto engagement of a customer and automatic follow-up have helped us a lot while communicating and engaging our audience.

Matador offers a good tool for review generation. It's a very effective tool, and they also provide a good support service.
