**What do you like best about Actirise?**

The onboarding process was straightforward and the implementation was completed without issues.

**What do you dislike about Actirise?**

I was presented with a projection of €70,000/year in net ad revenue by their Global Director of Publisher Partnerships before signing. I accepted a 30/70 revenue share in my favour, above the industry standard 20/80, on the basis of that number and the promise of Tier 1 account support.
Daily revenue came in at approximately €8 to €10/day. Even assuming a generous ramp-up period, the annual trajectory puts revenue at roughly €3,000 to €4,000/year. That is less than 6% of the projected figure.
When I raised my concerns I was told the underperformance was due to my GEO mix, data that was fully available before the projection was made. I had shared three years of historical analytics with the team prior to signing. My direct questions about how the €70,000 figure was calculated were met with silence for several days.
A call was eventually arranged with the same person who had originally presented the projection. She confirmed the numbers could not be achieved and attributed the estimate to an internal auditing team.
The projection was not stress-tested against available data. It could not be defended when challenged, which is why the response to direct questions was silence followed by a confirmation that the numbers were never achievable.

**What problems is Actirise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Actirise was supposed to solve ad revenue optimization for a publisher with mixed international traffic. It did not. The experience is documented in detail in the previous section.
