**What do you like best about ACS Finance?**

Extensive reporting options, built to handle a variety of unique transactions with churches in mind.

**What do you dislike about ACS Finance?**

Lack of integration with other giving tools, cumbersome interface, not intuitive.

**What problems is ACS Finance solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We moved on from ACS because of the lack of online tools at the time. I am not aware of anything new they are working on.

**What do you like best about ACS Finance?**

I enjoy cloud based integration across platforms, and the ability to project and forecast future results. I utilize Microsoft cloud and database software. It compares favorable to competitors, including quickbooks or intuit.

**What do you dislike about ACS Finance?**

While this software is highly favorable and has amazing functionality, it lacks dedicated enterprise level support. When technical assistance is needed quickly, it takes too long to walk yourself through a solution rather than having support from a dedicated team.

**Recommendations to others considering ACS Finance:**

Take the time to read the support team's instructions and learn the shortcuts and intricacies of the program.

**What problems is ACS Finance solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I solved the problem of making decisions with inconsistent information and guessing. Productivity and decision making have improved sharply since implementations.

It is easy to manage and understand. Great customer service.

I have not found anything that I dislike.

ACS Finance is a great at meeting the needs of the user.

**What problems is ACS Finance solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am learning to better manage my money. I am benefiting tremendously by using this product and my productivity had increased. My business performance has also increased.
