When I first used the dashboard, it was difficult to understand the platform, like how to navigate from tenant to tenant and then back to the main tenant to find the advanced features. It could be a bit easier if it were changed. However, after becoming familiar with it, it is very easy to use and has all the features on that platform. But as a first-time user, it was a bit complex to understand because there are a lot of features. It takes some time to become familiar with configuring different policies, protection plans, backups, etc. Also, when backup failures occur, we have to go through several logs, and sometimes it is difficult to understand the reason for the failure. Recently, I found some bugs when calculating the storage; there was a difference between actual storage and the used storage shown on the dashboard. There are a few bugs when loading certain pages or when creating new client tenants. Occasionally, the dashboard is slow or doesn’t load at all, and I have to refresh the page. It’s also not possible to keep multiple client tenants open in different tabs. I find the portal really easy to navigate and it's really helpful that we can access our and our customer's backups in one place. I appreciate the far better recovery options, allowing for an onsite backup with a NAS and an offsite backup. The DR backup is a great feature. Initial setup was very easy and didn't take long, especially with the 365 mailboxes backup. The support we get is great, and the product has never let us down. I believe the alerts for 365 backups could be done better. We back up over 800 mailboxes and get alerts for each one failing when there's an issue. It would be better to have one alert that shows the issue and lists the affected mailboxes.
