It is very user friendly, and easy to understand. Also the ability to really customize our courses and dashboards has significantly improved our online program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

From an HRIS standpoint, I like how our system automatically feeds new employee information and profiles are created in Acorn within 48 hours!
From a user perspective, it's nice to assign courses or surveys to employees, set up cohorts to complete certain tasks based on hire date, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The workflow design and momentum creation is quite convoluted. We were fortunate to have Jenny, our Implementation Specialist, walk us through how it works, listened to our needs, and translated our processes into Acorn's momentum workflow designs. After several iterations, and testing, we are now good with what we need!
The only other issue I saw at the time of testing our product is that if all required sections are not completed in a form, there's no error popup to notify the user what's missing - people are expected to scroll around to find the incomplete section. We were told there's no fix available to amend this, so this is one minor system limitation I would suggest looking into. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We love the fact that you were able to deploy quickly. There's nothing worse than a technology project that never sees the light of day. Also, we like how you're connecting learning and performance and then integrating that with your HRIS. Regarding Momentum, it's a great piece of feedback. The tool can do so much that it can take getting used to. We're bridging 'the ease of use with ability' in some upcoming releases. We're aiming to keep it powerful but make it easier to navigate. Thanks again.
Acorn PLMS were good in terms of interface, which makes the learning manageable and the learning seamless and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface is simple and user friendly, very straight forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There maybe limitations on the Admin capabilities. Such as the use of bulk features on some admin work like tenancy swap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Acorn is a very user friendly, many different functions. If you are unsure on how something works, their How to guides are good to follow.
Even better is getting in contact with their staff. I have had the pleasure of working closely with Sally and Sam (the dynamic duo) in the implementation and all the help thereafter. Their knowledge of the system is amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Only downside would be not being able to connect directly to our IT system for it to automatically add and remove people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It was easy to set up virtual training in Acron. Users also easily signed up the system and understood how to track their learning. I like how Acorn allows you to create custom categories for tracking and reporting. The Acorn representatives were also very friendly and helpful in this process. I have not had any issues with Acorn so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My fave would be the tenancy swap. Super cool feature! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That the user info can only be viewed on 1 tenancy. Also it isn't as mobile ready yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our team is very happy with the Acorn LMS and according to survey feedback from our participants, they are too. Here's a few quotes from our end users (who access the platform from Asia, the Pacific and Africa):
"[I like the] Progress Tracking and Certifications: Features that allow users to track their progress, set goals, and earn certifications upon completion of courses can be motivating and rewarding, making the learning experience positive and valuable."
"The platform is wonderful, well structured and easy to use."
"In the new platform, we have more opportunities to interact with friends, trainers and organizers."
As an admin, for me I have really appreciated the training and support provided by Acorn staff who have gone above and beyond on many occasions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have made some suggestions for improvements to Acorn and I am finding that they are very much responsive to ways in which the LMS's features can be enhanced. Since using Acorn as an LMS, numerous suggestions for improvement have been or are currently being implemented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Thanks for your response and suggestions for continual improvement. Some of our best enhancements come from our customers so we aim to keep our ear to the ground. We're also glad to see the feedback from users in different regions. Our multilingual release is something that we're pretty excited about. If you haven't seen it yet we included a link below. Also, a quick heads up that we recently released our Email Workflow which allows you to automate your certificate distribution.
