Every role gets a standard, drawn from a framework of thousands of capabilities and proficiency levels. Your people capture the work they do against that standard, and the assessment is the checkpoint where a manager confirms what that work demonstrates. Development plans turn the gaps into action, and learning builds the skill. What a company holds is workforce evidence: proof of what its people can achieve, drawn from the work itself. Every AI suggestion is grounded in the organisation's own configured framework, and a named person signs off before it reaches an employee. Assessment results are evidence for a conversation, never an automated decision about anyone's career. Acorn serves customers across HR, Talent Management and L&D teams globally.
