**What do you like best about ACI Payments?**

MTS can process all types of payments, including recent changes of ISO migration.
Able to view the entire payment cycle history on a single page. Interacting with different interfaces through the payment cycle is entirely handled by MTS.

**What do you dislike about ACI Payments?**

The application is still like a legacy application, as most of the operations are done using commands. It should be more user-friendly.

**What problems is ACI Payments solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Transferring money across countries using different currencies and different payment types/methods.

**What do you like best about ACI Payments?**

We use it to check our fund's wiring to its investors when doing a capital call or distribution. It is very reliable and overall the best of its kind

**What do you dislike about ACI Payments?**

The interface is awful it could really be more intuitive and as a result it's not user-friendly

**Recommendations to others considering ACI Payments:**

Really get familiar with how to use it because it helps the TA services to be more efficient

**What problems is ACI Payments solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps to check whether or not all the wiring from and to the Fund's account is correct. So far it has always been reliable
