I love the fact that it is very user friendly. More often than not, we deal with programs that are hard to navigate and cumbersome. AchieveIt is very well laid out and doesn't overcomplicate anything. We like this program! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has a great dashboard and you can see the progress of the projects entered very easily. Implementation was good and it seems like they are working on a lot of upgrades, but those have not been released yet. No way to export data that you may need, very hard to alter the microsteps in the project. Cannot take out or add a step without a lot of work getting. It was very difficult to integrate with the team with the licenses structure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything has been very user friendly. The trainings have been very detailed. The staff are very knowledgeable and very easy to work with when I have any questions. I love that there are a variety of features that make the program very easy to navigate. The staff I have dealt with have been very patient and personable. They are available whenever I have a question. It will also replace a quarterly report that we compile and help all departments track their own plans and progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For our organization, there has been a learning curve to learn the platform and scheduling the time internally to get everyone up to speed. This is not a reflection on Achieveit, but rather our own busy schedules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using AchieveIt for a while now. This application has completely changed the way we manage our projects. The automation feature is great, it saves me so much time in not having to manually update. I used to spend hours arranging and updating the status of projects, but with AchieveIt most of this work is automated. However, I especially like the notification system; it makes sure that I always stay on top of important updates and never miss a key meeting. On the other hand, AchieveIt has a few things that could be better. Occasionally the functionality is a bit lacking, for instance when it comes to adding custom items to our project list. AchieveIt is hands down the best partner I've found for implementing strategies across the board in my job. As an accountant, I gotta tell ya, this thing is clutch for organizing everything I gotta get done daily and tracking my goals. The checklists are so money for keeping my work structured, which I really need with all the crap I juggle and I'm digging the monthly progress updates too - it's perfect for scoping what I've finished and what's still on my plate down the line. I'd say the main drawback is it can be tricky getting the team all on the same page issue-wise or with giving feedback in a timely way. Sometimes the software just doesn't have exactly what we need to work out problems together or keep projects moving on schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the automation of progress update requests and having all of our plan information in one place. It's cut down on extra emails between people, it's increased visibility on progress as well as keeping the right people in the loop. It's also been a boost to employee morale to be able to see the progress of our Strategic Plan that is being captured in AchieveIt and how every employee is contributing in some way to our progress. The ease of adding key goals and documents and even users has made this program immensely valuable to our organization. The AchieveIt team who created our plan and lead our trainings has been responsive and incredibly helpful.
