As ACD is automatic , it used for incomming and outgoing and can integatred with IVR which can manage without agent or less agents

**What do you dislike about ACD Call Centre Data System?**

if integarted with IVR, for customers waiting time is more and cost is more, integrate with existing CRM bit difficult

Good Customer Experience, agent productivity and  performance

**What do you like best about ACD Call Centre Data System?**

ACD CC data system provides the basic CMS reporting which is very helpful in small to midsized call centers providing comprehensive ACD reporting in terms of splits/skills, agent data, trunk data etc.

**What do you dislike about ACD Call Centre Data System?**

only limited to BCMS reporting related to voice/ACD calls. It cannot provide a 360 degree view in a contact center environment where omni-channel reporting is required.

**What problems is ACD Call Centre Data System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Provides comprehensive reporting for call center voice data with respect to inbound/outbound voice calls, trunk calls, split/skill calls, agent reporting, service level reporting, abandoned calls reporting.
